Terms and Conditions extrabonus — Platform User Guide

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by extrabonus ("Platform", "We", "extrabonus"). This Platform is operated to provide online entertainment and gaming services to eligible users.

• One account per user: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at extrabonus. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Identity verification (KYC): Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete the identity verification process by submitting a valid identification document such as a MyKad, passport, or driving license.

03 User Account

Each extrabonus account is the exclusive property of the registered account holder. The following terms govern the use of your account:

• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and all account login information confidential. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.
• Personal use: Your extrabonus account is for your exclusive use as the registered account holder. Allowing another person to use your account is a violation of these Terms.

Extrabonus reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate any account suspected of being compromised, used fraudulently, or in violation of any provision of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

04 Deposits & Payments

Extrabonus accepts deposits via a range of secure and supported payment methods for users in Malaysia:

• Local bank transfer (FPX): Deposits via FPX are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.
• Digital wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other supported digital wallets may be used for deposits, subject to applicable limits and conditions.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20. Daily maximum deposit limits depend on your account level and verification status.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). extrabonus does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
• Personal funds: You must only deposit funds from legitimate sources that belong to you. extrabonus does not accept third-party deposits.

05 Withdrawal of Wins

Extrabonus is committed to processing your winnings withdrawals quickly and securely. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply:

• Processing time: Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 3 to 5 minutes under normal circumstances. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM 50.
• Account verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the name of the extrabonus account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover requirement: All bonuses received must fulfill the wagering rollover requirements stated in their respective promotional terms before funds can be withdrawn. The typical rollover ratio ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically without compensation.

10 Liability Limits

• Maximum limit: extrabonus's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

11 Account Termination

Either you or extrabonus may terminate a user account under certain circumstances:

• Voluntary termination: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all fulfillment requirements have been met.
• Termination by extrabonus: extrabonus reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal and regulatory compliance reasons.
• Balance upon termination: If an account is terminated for reasons beyond your control, any valid fund balance will be returned once the investigation is complete and there are no outstanding claims.
• Self-exclusion program: extrabonus supports a responsible gaming programme that includes self-exclusion options. Members who register for self-exclusion are not permitted to create a new account during the selected exclusion period.

12 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
